Refund policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we do not guarantee a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a full product refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be returned in the original packaging.

We do not know your application (unless you ask us beforehand), and we do not take responsibility for your buying decision. If the product works as stated, but does not match your application after using it, that is on you. Out of good faith, however, we may offer case-by-case returns with a partial refund.

Exchanges
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged on first arrival. If you need an exchange, send an email to 3Dmotorsportengineering@gmail.com.

Shipping 
To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying all shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, shipping will be deducted from your total.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
